Hop Culture Discovers Buffalo’s Booming Beer Scene

In Buffalo, the city that made wings a worldwide sensation, the beer you drink when downing a double order of hot ones is just as important as the wings themselves. Lucky enough, we’ve got a lot of choices here. The city is stepping its game up on another tasty front, too – craft beer. With 35+ plus breweries now open in Buffalo and throughout Western New York (with another 10 slated to open in 2019), it’s truly a wonderful time to be a craft beer lover in the Nickel City.

And others are beginning to notice. The folks at Hop Culture, an online craft beer publication, spent a bit of time in Buffalo exploring not only the craft breweries, but some excellent beer bars and pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, scenic spots and, of course, wing joints.
