Listed on the National Register of Historic Places & the New York State Register of Historic Sites, and has Local Landmark status from the City of Buffalo:

Concordia Cemetery, where every stone tells a story, was founded in 1859 and is one of the oldest cemeteries in Western New York. The cemetery is the final resting place for thousands of Buffalonians over two centuries. After being abandoned in 2001, the cemetery is now maintained by a dedicated group of volunteers. This walking tour of Concordia Cemetery will share the history of the cemetery and the stories of some of the incredible individuals and families buried there, including Lura Bennett, Glenn Brooks, Johnetta Cole, John McHugh, Sgt. William Moeller, and Rosa Lumpkin. Walking the cemetery grounds will also provide an opportunity to admire the variety of monuments.
