Steve’s Pig & Ox Roast

Steve’s Pig & Ox Roast was started in 1978 by Steve and Nada Prahovic. They wanted to give their customers something different, and that was to watch the meat cooking over a charcoal fire. They have long since retired, but the tradition continues in family ownership.

In addition to beef and pork, they offer roasted lamb and turkey, BBQ pork, as well as homemade salads, cheesecake, cookies and banana pepper mustard.
