The care and commitment of the grape growing is reflected in the winemaking. By growing our own grapes, we are able to produce quality wine.

Our wines, still and sparkling, are from vinifera grapes which include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The hybrids include Siegfried Riesling and Vidal Blanc. Native Labrusca are Niagara, Concord and Catawba.
