Pizzeria Florian started as a boutique catering experience by veteran restauranteurs Jay Langfelder and Amanda Jones. Contemporary Neapolitan pizza combines with flavors from Italy and New York with a focus on local seasonal produce to make for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

While the pizza at the restaurant is certainly influenced by Neapolitan Pizza, Amanda & Jay saw the desire of their fans for a pizza that would be great to eat in house but take out in a box as well. At that point is when they decided to create a pizza of their own with all of the characteristics they were after.

Amanda and Jay have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and have executed events from 10-400 guest. As caterers, Amanda and Jay were selected to make pizza at the celebrity wedding of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in 2022.

Since going into business in 2015, Amanda and Jay have been at the forefront of evolving the pizza scene in Western New York. When looking to impress your guests, Pizzeria Florian is the premier choice for catering in the greater Buffalo Niagara region.
