Patina 250

Patina 250 is an upscale restaurant offering refined cuisine with a devotion to wood-fired cooking. Chef Homer Ford has returned to Buffalo after several years in New York City, most recently as Executive Chef of Isabella’s.

Patina 250 and the adjacent grab-and-go next door, Jake’s Cafe, mark the first restaurants in Western New York by Delaware North and its upscale dining subsidiary, Patina Restaurant Group.

The restaurant interior offers a casually sophisticated, lounge-like atmosphere, with a variety of areas to enjoy cocktails, snacks, or a full dining experience. Located in the new Westin Buffalo, Patina 250 is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also provides 24-hour in-room dining, with offerings to suit any occasion.
