Koester Hops

Koester Hops is a 56-acre family-owned farm situated in the Clarksburg-Langford area of North Collins NY. The idea to farm hops began with a small arbor on our patio. The first acre of the hopyard was planted in 2015 with Cascade and Centennial hops. In 2016, we expanded the acreage to 2.5 acres with additional Centennial plantings, and in 2022 we added another half-acre of Vista hops.

Our mission is to provide brewers, commercial and home, large and small, the finest quality hops with the unique flavor of the Western NY terroir.
