The Finger Lakes Trail is a footpath for hikers which stretches 560 miles from the PA/NY border in Allegany State Park to the Long Path in the Catskill Forest Preserve, crossing beautiful and remote areas of the Southern Tier. The Conservation Trail is a branch trail of the Finger Lakes Trail System. It is an orange-blazed footpath for hikers which stretches 122 miles from Cattaraugas County to the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, traversing parts of both Erie and Niagara Counties.
