Cafe59 strives to use locally produced products, including Finger Lakes coffee, Costanzo’s rolls, Father Sam’s pitas, Weber’s mustard, Mineo & Sapio sausage, Sahlen’s Ham, and Margherita pepperoni. Our produce and specialty ingredients are purchased from Guercio and Sons, and we carry Coca-Cola products, bottled right here in WNY.
