Ample parking with two warm up huts with woodstoves, two picnic shelters with grills, and public restrooms. A working maple syrup production facility (sugar shack) and a working sawmill are also located here.

There is a network of several miles of marked and unmarked trails which traverse the property, including portions of the Conservation Trail, part of the Finger Lakes Trail System. Trails may be used for hiking, snowshoeing, and ungroomed cross country skiing. Terrain varies from gentle to steep.
