BriarBrothers Brewing Company

This new brewery housed grain for Buffalo breweries in the early 1900s. Today, Briar Brothers Brewing Company is a joint venture between brothers Dylan and Joel, and what started out as a small-time home brew hobby has blossomed into Buffalo’s newest brewery, bringing some of the area’s best craft microbrews.
