Buffalo Restaurant Week returns October 14-20, 2024! The flavorful seven-day celebration is presented in partnership with the Western New York Chapter of the New York State Restaurant Association. Here’s your opportunity to highlight signature lunch and dinner dishes, and unique cuisine on a prix-fixe menu to long-term customers and potential new foodies. We encourage you to participate! Registration is now open!
There’s no better time to extend an invitation to experience our local dining scene than Buffalo Restaurant Week. This year’s annual foodie fest will further promote Erie County’s restaurant industry, which helps draw more than 8 million visitors to our destination annually.
There is NO cost to participate in the program and Visit Buffalo Niagara will manage marketing and promotion for the week.

How can restaurants participate?
You can choose from the following prix-fixe pricing tiers. You can participate at one price point or all three. It’s up to you! You are not required to select ALL three price tiers. These menus can be offered for indoor/outdoor dining, to-go, delivery, or as meal kits.
• Brunch or Lunch (2+ Courses/Items): $15, $25 OR $45
• Dinner (3+ Courses/Items): $25, $45 OR $65

How can I make pricing work for my restaurant?
“I don’t usually offer courses. Can I get creative with what I’m offering on my menu(s)?”
Yes, as long as you offer 2+ items/courses or 3+ items/courses. Some ideas include:
• Lunch or Dinner for Two (Example: $45 Dinner for two people)
• Family Style Pricing (Example: $65 Dinner that serves four people)
• Meal Kits
• Beverage pairings (either included in the cost of the menu or offered as supplemental items)
What should I consider when creating my menu?
Buffalo Restaurant Week is a chance to offer guests a special deal. We recommend offering one of the following:
A discounted rate: If your prix-fixe menu offers guests a special deal, guests will take note and be more inclined to visit you during Buffalo Restaurant Week to take advantage of the discount.
An exclusive menu item: If you offer a special menu item available only during Buffalo Restaurant Week, you will provide a limited-time experience for your guests.
What does participation include?
If you register, your restaurant will be listed on Visit Buffalo Niagara’s Buffalo Restaurant Week landing page. Your listing will include: Restaurant Name, Address, Neighborhood, Cuisine Type, Website Link (if applicable), Reservation Link (if applicable), Buffalo Restaurant Week Menu Price Points, PDF of your Restaurant Week Menu(s) that you provide to us.
How are orders and reservations handled?
Participating restaurants will be able to link their website and reservation option to their listing on the Buffalo Restaurant Week ‘Participating Restaurants’ page.
All reservations and to-go/delivery orders will be booked directly through the restaurant or reservation platform.
