Opt-Out / Lead Distribution Process
It is the policy and practice of our sales and services departments to work with the meeting planner to determine what parameters are important in selecting a hotel or service for their meeting purposes. Leads are only distributed to those hotels and companies who most meet the needs of the customers. Blanket leads are not acceptable and are not a practice at any time.
Visit Buffalo Niagara provides meeting/event planners the ability to remain confidential or opt-out of solicitation during the lead distribution process.
