The Burchfield-Penney Art Center is a museum dedicated to the art and culture of Western New York, including the world’s largest collection of works by Charles E. Burchfield. Exhibitions and programs include art and design from the Buffalo Niagara region, historic and contemporary.
With engaging artwork, award-winning architecture and a landmark location, the Burchfield Penney is the ideal place for events. The Burchfield Penney hosts dozens of events each year, from informal get-togethers to elaborate wedding celebrations.
While you’re there, be sure to stop in our restaurant, Roux Soup Bar & Café, offering gumbo, African peanut soup, (vegan and gluten free) and other favorites, sandwiches and salads.

At the time I went to the Burchfield there was a great glass exhibit. I don't generally care for modern art, but the glass exhibit made up for it. The gift shop had lots of nice things.
