Steer Restaurant and Saloon

Since 1969, the Steer has been located in the heart of Buffalo’s University Heights, right next door to its sister restaurant, Lake Effect Diner. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and weekend brunches. Upstairs there is a private banquet room available. Featuring “Bad Ass” burgers, steaks, Brick Oven pizzas, vegan and raw options and daily specials all prepared from scratch. After the early evening casual dining experience, the Steer evolves into a vibrant night life experience. Offering 20 draft beers, wine by glass or bottle, and specialty cocktails.
