How to Celebrate World Chocolate Day in Buffalo

There are few things in this world that are guaranteed to put smiles on the faces of those who eat it. Not everyone is a donut junkie, vegetarians will turn their nose up to a burger and I know plenty of people who do NOT scream for ice cream. But chocolate…chocolate is a universal love language, an ooh-and-ahh inducer at first bite. While some would be content with a Hershey bar, those of us who have a more refined chocolate palette know where to find some of the most unique options for it locally.

Pastry artist duo, Amanda and Kenny moved back home to Buffalo recently to pursue their culinary dreams. They opened up this new chocolate and pastry boutique at 27 Chandler in hopes of wow-ing Buffalonians with their gourmet chocolate bon bons, brownies, cookies and cupcakes made with some of the finest ingredients.
